We are looking for proactive, assertive, sales focused and goal oriented people to join our team. You have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively in written form or verbal. You take pride in your work and strive for success. Ideally you will come with a minimum of 2 years successful Inside Sales experience, that includes analytical research, outbound calls and account management.

Responsibilities:

Based from our office in Berkeley, CA, the Inside Salesperson will focus on all aspects of accounts, from small and medium sized companies to enterprise level. Major responsibilities will be:

  • High-volume outbound calling
  • Proactively generate worldwide sales leads from internal and external research
  • Project planning and organizing
  • Work in a team environment to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Update accurate profiles and sales information of potential and existing clients
  • Proactively increase knowledge of the growing target industries and products
  • Work closely with Technical Sales, Operations and Marketing
  • Answer and qualify in-coming sales inquiries and convert into sales leads
  • Effectively communicating our software solution to prospects
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Build relationships with clients and vendors
  • Participate and represent Xinet in Sales and Marketing events

  • This position reports to the Worldwide Director of Sales. All product and database training will be given.
