UPGRADING PRODUCTION USERS
The Xinet WebNative Suite provides QuarkXPress XTensions, plug-ins for Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other client applications designed to enhance local production workflows. Four local production users are included in the WebNative Suite price. Xinet offers upgrades to larger numbers of production users in a set range of increments. Production users can be added at any time. Additional cost to upgrade a WebNative Suite license from four production users to the following array of user levels is as shown:

XINET MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT PROGRAM
• The first year of enrollment in the Xinet Maintenance Program is included upon the initial purchase of a new Xinet server license.
• Customers enrolled in the Xinet Maintenance Program are entitled to receive all new product updates, feature enhancements, and software bug-fixes released by Xinet during the term of membership. Telephone support is available during Xinet business hours: in Berkeley, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST) and in Munich, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).
• Annual cost to enroll in the Xinet Maintenance Program after the first year is 15% of the list price of all licensed Xinet products. Optional PC support increases the annual fee to 20% of all licensed products. Maintaining enrollment in the Xinet Maintenance Program is the best way for customers to ensure they keep current with advances in Xinet software without incurring upgrade charges.
